Glenn Dougherty has over 25 years of experience in the residential home building industry. After graduating college, he worked for Woodsbrooke Properties Ltd., an independent residential development firm based out of northern Westchester. The company focused on highly detailed custom homes and upscale townhouse communities. There he assumed positions of increasing responsibility and authority within the organization. During his 9 years with Woodsbrooke, Glenn was promoted up to the position of senior project director. In 1990, Glenn accepted the position of operational manager with Ginsberg Development Corporation. He was responsible for all phases of development including general site design, houseline and clubhouse architecture, contract procurement, operations budget and day to day oversight of all active construction sites including customer satisfaction.

During Glenn's 15 years with G.D.C. he was awarded on several occasions for various accomplishments within the residential home industry. Glenn's most recent large scale development, Woodland Hills in Danbury, CT, received 8 Connecticut Home Builders Association awards including the most prestigious "Community of the Year" for the entire state of Connecticut. Since 2005 Glenn has left Ginsberg and has been constructing single family custom homes for clients throughout the Westchester, Dutchess and lower Fairfield counties.
