Dwelling Place Housing partners with case workers, social service professionals, and community agencies to provide safe, furnished, supportive housing for eligible adults in need of a stable place to live. We help case workers place eligible adults in safe, furnished, supportive housing designed to promote dignity, stability, and a path forward.
Partnering with Case Workers to Transform Lives
Program Overview
Dwelling Place Housing offers safe, affordable, and fully furnished shared housing for adults in need of a stable living environment. Our program is designed to support individuals who are ready for independent living and can benefit from a structured, community-based housing setting.
We work with adults experiencing homelessness, housing instability, reentry challenges, and other transitional circumstances. Our housing model is intended to provide a clean, secure, and respectful environment where residents can regain stability and move toward long-term independence.
Residents benefit from furnished living spaces, included utilities, Wi-Fi, onsite laundry, secure entry, and a supportive housing atmosphere. Although Dwelling Place Housing does not provide direct medical or clinical care, we value partnership with case workers and referring professionals to help ensure residents are connected to the outside services and resources they need.
Our mission is to provide housing that restores dignity, promotes stability, and helps individuals take meaningful steps toward a better future.

Dwelling Place Housing is designed for adults who are looking for a safe, stable, and supportive housing environment. To be considered for placement, applicants should meet the following general requirements:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be able to manage daily living activities independently
Have sufficient income to cover rent and housing-related costs
Complete the required intake process
Pass a background screening
Be willing to follow house guidelines and participate respectfully in a shared living environment
