What's Included?

Fully furnished bedrooms, kitchen supplies, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Bedrooms include a bed, side table, and lamp.

Lines and towels are also provided.

 

Is It Safe?

There is 24 hour security surveillance outside and inside in common areas. Residents must sign a security camera consent form, acknowledging that there are cameras in all common areas of the house.​ We are available by phone and text 24/7.

Can We Attend Evnts?

Wt aim for at least twice a year we host community events for our community.

Do You Require Credit Check?

No! We make it simple and easy for you to move in. 

​

Do You Provide Wi-Fi?

Yes! Free wireless internet and landline for all residents.

 

Am I Responsible For Utilities?

Your rent includes all utilities, no need to pay additional fees.

Is The Lease Flexible?

We offer residents annual and monthly rates.

​

Do You Provide Onsite Laundry?

Yes! Onsite washer and dryer offer convenience.

Do You Provide A House Key?

You will have keyless entry for both the home and your bedroom.

Do You Provide Transportation?

We do not provide transportation, however public transportation is accessible within the city. On ocassion we will provide transporation for a fee.

Do I Have to Pay a Deposit?

Residents pay a one-time nonrefundable administrative processing fee of $300 plus the first month’s rent to move in.​

 

Do You Provide Food?

No, however we creating partnerships with food pantries and will update soon.

​

What Are the Move In Requirements ?

Residents must have enough income to cover their rent. We have an intake process that includes a behavioral health questionnaire and a background check. We do not accept registered sex offenders.​
